Lexis Bauer, CF-L3
Proud Owner / Coach
Lexis started CrossFit in 2015 and instantly fell in love with the community aspect, where other members turned into friends who held her accountable. Her focus on continuous improvement helped her receive her become a Level 3 Certified CrossFit Trainer. Lexis is excited to share her passion of fitness and nutrition with everyone who walks in the doors of CrossFit Port Clinton. You can catch Lexis On-Ramping new members, providing goal review sessions for our membership base, and pouring her heart and sould into our corporate wellness partnerships. Lexis is certified in AED/CPR/First Aid. Lexis is also trained in trauma sensitive, athlete centered, coaching.
Brett Bauer, CF-L2, PN-1
Proud Owner / Coach
Brett has been a part of the CrossFit community since 2019 after some convincing by his wife. Once he got through the door, he has enjoyed seeing improvements in his diet, and physical and mental well being. He is currently a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and is AED/CPR/First Aid certificated. Brett is also trained in trauma sensitive, athlete centered, coaching.
Sal Abbulone, CF-L2, USAW-L1
Coach
Sal has been doing CrossFit since 2014 and is currently a Level 2 Trainer and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. Sal encourages anyone who wants to get into better shape, lose weight, or be stronger to try out CrossFit. You can catch Sal coaching 5am and 6am classes throughout the week! In Sal’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two kids.
Erin Benner, CF-L2
Coach
Erin started CrossFit in June of 2021. She fell in love with CrossFit because it has helped her in so many ways. It has taught her the importance of consistency, accountability, and internal motivation. It has helped to not only improve her physical health, but also her mental health. She loves surrounding herself with people who are trying to better themselves every day inside the walls of CrossFit Port Clinton. Erin became so passionate about CrossFit that she became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in May of 2022. You can catch Erin coaching the 4:30pm and 5:30pm classes on Wednesday evening, along with a couple morning classes! She is certified in AED/CPR/First Aid. She is also trained in trauma sensitive, athlete centered coaching.
Stella Lopez, CF-L2
Coach
Stella began her CrossFit journey in June 2021 with her sister. Walking through the doors of CrossFit Port Clinton became a life changing decision. CrossFit has improved her overall physical and mental well being. It gets her ready to tackle not only the WOD every day, but also the challenges of daily life. Her favorite part of CrossFit is the community. She loves hearing everyone’s story and building relationships with all of the members. The CrossFit family at CFPC is like none other. Stella is very proud to be a part of it, and is excited to help the members in their journeys to improve their overall health, fitness, and well being. You can catch Stella coaching the 4:30pm and 5:30pm classes on Thursday and Friday evening! Stella is currently a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and certified in AED/CPR.
Sarah Lopez, CF-L1
Coach
Sarah joined CrossFit Port Clinton in 2021 with her sister. Walking through the doors at CFPC completely changed her life. She is the strongest and healthiest she has ever been. CrossFit has taught Sarah the importance of nutrition, fueling her body properly, and taking care of herself physically and mentally. Sarah’s favorite thing about CrossFit Port Clinton is the community and the culture of the gym. As soon as you step inside you are greeted by the members and coaches! Everyone is so supportive, and she has met so many people that share common goals and interests. Sarah became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in May of 2025. As a coach, her hope is that she can help members reach their goals, improve their fitness and live a healthy lifestyle. Outside of the gym she is a Registered Nurse. She enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, trying out new recipes, reading, and going for long walks. Sarah is also certified in CPR/First Aid.
